At FUNGIVORA we make sure your mushrooms arrive fresh and in great condition. Here is how we handle shipping. This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Coverage
We ship across all of Mexico. For now we do not ship internationally. If you are outside Mexico and are interested in our products, write to us on WhatsApp and we will gladly see what is possible.
Dispatch time
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of being confirmed over WhatsApp. Total delivery time also depends on the destination and the courier; we share an estimated date when you close your order.
Shipping cost
Shipping is already included in the price shown for each product. There is no additional shipping charge.
Cold chain for fresh mushrooms
Our fresh mushrooms are perishable. We pack and ship them keeping the cold chain to preserve their texture, flavor and properties in transit. When your order arrives, we recommend refrigerating right away (ideally between 0 °C and 2 °C) to keep them fresh.
Confirmation over WhatsApp
The details of each shipment —address, estimated delivery date and tracking number where applicable— are confirmed with you over WhatsApp when you close the order. The order is processed once these details are confirmed.
