Welcome
We welcome you to our mushroom farm. You'll meet the Fungívora team, the founders, and the guest chef joining us that day.
Tour
You walk through the growing rooms. You see Lion's Mane up close and step into the labs where each batch is inoculated. You leave knowing more than when you arrived.
Dinner with chef
After the tour, a dinner made with the mushrooms you just watched grow. It's cooked by that day's featured chef with a custom menu. Every Saturday is different.
Sobremesa
The afternoon stays with you. You linger to talk about mushrooms, life, or whatever comes up, and if you want to take something home: we have fresh mushrooms and merch ready to go.
