These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website of FUNGIVORA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FUNGIVORA”) and the commercial relationship with those who visit it or place orders. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Use of the site
The site is provided for informational purposes and to make it easier to buy our products. You agree to use it lawfully, without disrupting its operation or the rights of others. Content (text, images, recipes and trademarks) may be updated or removed at any time without notice.
Purchases and payments
FUNGIVORA does not process online payments. The site works as a catalog: you build your order and complete it over WhatsApp, where we confirm availability, total, payment method and delivery. An order is considered confirmed only once FUNGIVORA confirms it through that channel.
The cart and the prices shown are an estimate and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed over WhatsApp.
Prices and taxes
All prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN). Applicable taxes and, where relevant, the shipping cost are confirmed when the order is closed over WhatsApp. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of your order.
Product availability
Our fresh products are seasonal and made in small artisanal batches, so availability is limited and may vary. Stock shown on the site is approximate; if a product is unavailable after your order, we will let you know over WhatsApp and offer an alternative or a cancellation at no cost.
Shipping, exchanges and returns
Intellectual property
The FUNGIVORA brand, its logo, text, photographs, illustrations, recipes and other site content are owned by FUNGIVORA or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Limitation of liability
FUNGIVORA strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will operate uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, FUNGIVORA is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, from improper use or storage of the products, or from failures attributable to third parties (hosting, courier or messaging providers). Our products are food; always follow the storage and consumption instructions.
Changes
FUNGIVORA may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site; continued use of the site after a change implies your acceptance.
